Payment ideapaint.dk receives payment VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB og CUP. The payment will only be withdrawn from your account once your order has been shipped.
ideapaint.dk encrypts all your card details with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

Delivery ideapaint.dk strives to ensure that orders received before 12:00 will be sent the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will be sent the following day.
ideapaint.dk ensures delivery by GLS Express (unless otherwise stated) to the receiver on the date requested in order. Timely delivery requires that GLS Express comply with day-to-day delivery. If delays occur in GLS Express, this will delay the delivery accordingly in relation to the desired delivery date. Shipments to Europe are delivered with GLS Express' product Global Express Parcel. Delivered to all major commercial centers in Europe within 24 hours. Delivery rate is more than 99% on all shipments. GLS Express follows your shipment throughout the transportation process. In GLS Express, work is proactive, so should deviations from the agreed arise, ideapaint.dk will immediately be informed.

ideapaint.dk can not be held responsible for delays in GLS Express. In cases of very late (several days) or outright missed deliveries, ideapaint.dk forwards a new delivery without charge
Claims ideapaint.dk provide two years warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects identified during its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be detected by performing usual examination of the goods must be notified ideapaint.dk within reasonable time. The product may be returned for repair, replacement or for credit, if agreed upon by the parties. In regards to complaints, ideapaint.dk will cover the costs of return to a reasonable extent.

Goods return also takes place at this address - note that ideapaint.dk do not receive packages sent by COD. Returns can also happen by refusing to receive or by delivering the goods personally to ideapaint.dk. It is not a requirement but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information regarding the package is provided - for example, copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number of bank account to which reimbursement may be done, copy of any prior correspondence, etc.
Reimbursement In case of agreed rebates, returned goods or prepaid products that are cancelled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is normally always on direct debit and ideapaint.dk therefore needs information about the bank account, including registration number and account number. This information is not sensitive for misuse and can easily be informed by email or other traditional correspondence format.
Returns ideapaint.dk has a 14 days return policy on goods from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received. When goods are received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your bank account within a few days. The costs of return are defrayed by the customer.
